CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. 

    

                                                                                                          

24 Hours Notice

There is a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. All private-lesson cancellations should be made prior to the start time by calling/email to Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim, 24 hours in advance. Failure to contact us will result in the loss of the Session.

1. Participants in a private lesson should arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the lesson 
2. Students must pay prior to lesson begins.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their lesson for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your lesson will be considered used

 

Refund Policy 
Clients will obtain a refund or credit when:
The client notifies to Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim,  24hours prior to the time of the lesson.
The instructor cancels the golf lesson due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

 In the case of a purchasing a package of lessons if they have been paid for in advance, then these package lessons are able to be transferred(Family members only), but will not be refunded for cash.

 

Weather

Weather plays a big rule in the enjoyment and safety of a lesson. If a lesson begins and is stopped due to weather, the remaining time will be added to another lesson. If the weather stays clear and you don’t call/don’t show it will result in a no-show and the lesson will count.

 

If inclement weather is nearing to Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim, please call contact Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim to coordinate a decision to postpone or continue the lesson as scheduled. 

 

Late Arrivals/Lesson Times
If you arrive late, your lesson will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose lessons follow yours. Regardless of the length of the lesson actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” lesson.

Lesson time begins from the time coach greet you and until she drops you off. 

 

Privacy Policy:

Personal Information Collected will be used and held solely by Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim. Information is collected for the operation of the lesson program, which includes safety and emergency purposes, and for future correspondence with participants, which may include information about relevant upcoming events.
