1. Services

Hae-Yoon Jung, PGA Master Professional ("Instructor"), provides private and group golf instruction, on-course playing lessons, junior development programs, high school golf team coaching, corporate golf events, college mentoring services, and the Korea Golf Tour program. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• All lesson bookings require advance reservation and confirmation.
• Payment can be made on-site at the golf course or via Venmo or Zelle.
• Package and program fees are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved by the Instructor.
• Pricing is subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in advance by contacting the Instructor directly. Late cancellations or no-shows without prior notice may be charged the full lesson fee. Refund eligibility and timelines vary by lesson type and program — please confirm at the time of booking.

4. Lesson Conduct & Safety

• Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time without fee adjustment.
• Appropriate golf attire and footwear are required at all times on the course and practice facility.
• The Instructor reserves the right to modify or end a lesson if conditions become unsafe (e.g., weather, health).
• Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form prior to the first lesson.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Golf is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By booking a lesson or participating in any program, the student (or parent/guardian for minors) acknowledges and accepts these risks. The Instructor, Hae-Yoon Jung, shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during lessons, events, or programs unless caused by willful negligence.

6. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during lessons, events, and programs for instructional and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media on the Instructor's website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the Instructor in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, lesson materials, and program designs — is the property of Hae-Yoon Jung and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the contact form or booking process (name, email, phone number) is used solely for lesson scheduling, communication, and program administration. Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Modifications

The Instructor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
